Petetic customer service at Joshua Doore Benoni

Joshua Doore Benoni sold me a television of which the warranty was over , however i have been complaing about the product and they just beating around the bush because they do not want to replace my tv, i have a excellent account at the branch , despite having problems with my tv i still conducted my acc so well and in return they cannot even replace my tv , i want the world to know how bad is their service and as a branch manager hes attitude stinks
