Personal Loan taken under my name

I have wrote a complain about the above supplier on the 04/11/2014 regarding someone who took a loan under my name after I have lost my ID document, the supplier still haven't come back to me after a year. they just said the matter is being investigated and they will comeback to me which they never did. my name is still black listed till today. Please managers of Joshua I am begging you now to sort out this problem, its making my life a living hell. Thank you
