Pay back the money

Russells furniture store and it's head office offered me poor service more like zero service..I made a cancelation on a layby on the 1st week of October and was told that it takes 2 to 3 weeks for a refund to be processed and paid into my account,now it's been over a month hence I decided to call them and make a follow and all the do is give me the run around. I was told that the money would be paid in on the 12/13 of November due to the fact that we're banking with different institutions..but then I never received the money. I called again on Wednesday the 14th at the branch and one of the sales rep said they will get back to me,they never bothered to call me back..called on Thursday the 15th the manager said they had a network issue the money should be in my account later on. I went to the branch on Sunday the 17th and still there's nothing. I've been calling Russells Chris Hani Mall branch and the head office none of them are willing to assist or at least confirm as to when exactly can I expect the money
