Pathetic service: Russells

I bought a washing machine online on 29 November 2019 and receive the following order number via sms ***. On 24 December 2019 when I tracked the delivery of my washing machine it says it had been delivered. Up till now, 6 January 2020, I still have not received my washing machine. I have made numerous phone calls to the Cape Town Warehouse who is responsible for delivery, but they keep on telling me they will follow up and contact me. Needless to say they never phoned me back with an update... I have also sent numerous e-mails where I have lodged a complaint. Needless to say, nothing is being done about this. I am utterly disgusted in the pathetic service of Russells' online store. It has been more than a month ago that I have paid for this item... I am struggling to understand why they cannot deliver my washing machine... I will NEVER buy anything from Russells again. NEVER!!!
