PATHETIC SERVICE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!!

<p>I have never ever received such pathetic service from a company. I purchased a Ascot Kitchen cupboard set on the 20th April 2017. Firstly I received the cupboards in a box which never stated on the add that I need to assemble it myself. Upon trying to assembe it I found that the holes where the *****'s were supposed to go were not all there. I then requested it to be put together as the Sales person advised he has someone who does it and I must give a R50. Paid it. They collected. A day after they dropped it and the cupboards were the worse I have ever seen. Doors were skew and did not match, length wise and width wise with each other. The inside is also not connecting to the side of the cupboard. I called the store again and they advised they will come the evening. They came after 9pm. And said they need to contact the warehouse to come out. Last week Wednesday, still nothing and I called again they said Thursday as they will be working on a public holiday still nothing Friday morning and I then called again I was advised he will call me back that day. Got a call Saturday saying they will come Tuesday or Wednesday. I said No that's to long I want my refund. They agreed and said they will get it picked up and refund me I should have my ID and proof of purchase ready. I called Tuesday again and the response was they coming between 4pm and 5pm that day. I was requested to send my bank account details as well and I have done that. It's Wednesday at 11.30am and still no response and no refund as well as no pick up of the cupboards. My house looks like **** because I don't have cupboards to put my things in due to the poor quality and service of this store. I am disgraced with this customer service that I have received. And the constant delaying and excuses made. </p> <p>I have paid R2900 on all this mess. R2499 ON THE CUPBOARDS. R150 for DELIVERY R50 FOR ASSEMBLING AND R200 + ON AIRTIME CALLING THE CALL CENTRE AND THE STORE WITH NO SUCCESS TO MY SITUATION. </p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE SORT THIS OUT ASAP. THIS IS REALLY UNACCEPTABLE! </p>
