Pathetic service from Lindiwe Randburg Russells (Worst furniture brand - don't buy from Russells)

I bought and paid for a 3 piece Belmont lounge-suite on 8 October 2018. I have still not received delivery despite calling the manager daily and attending at the store. The reason from the manager changed daily from the stock is damaged to the driver refuses to pick up the furniture, come fetch your money and lodge a complaint with head office. The attitude of the manager and the customer service is one of the worst I have ever dealt with and Lindiwe from Randburg Russells should be dismissed.
