Pathetic service

after 2 months and 4 lounge suite we stil have problems.i found out last lounge suite problems were not reported so went to store manager in bethal,nothing happened for 2 weekd.put a review on hello peter and got a reff nr from russels same day and now a week later nothing has happend,you are again told you can not speak to area manager...why ?i asked for refund and was told by complaints department to go get form from store.now i have to wait as manager has to speak to area manager...which i am not allowed to do although i am the client which after paying 22 000 for a supposingly good lounge suite has had nothing but bad service
