Pathetic service

Hi , firstly your service is really appalling.to wait over 3 weeks to have your refund paid back to you. And everyone you speak to tells you to call someone else and choose another option. I must have made 5 calls now spoke to 5 different people including the store and no one knows a thing. Very bad service.
