Pathetic service

So my sofas has been picked up on the 27th of October and today is exactly a month since its gone and I belive that it was a minor repair to be done. I have been calling them for more than a week on a daily basis and not a single person could assist. They have not called me once and a formal complaint has been made. Even so there is still no feedback. I am disgusted with the service and we have been sitting on the floor for a month how much longer will it be?
