Pathetic service at Russell!!!

I had lay-buyed an item from Russell Tabankulu branch,EC having paid a certain amount towards the lay buy, so when I get to the branch to settle the outstanding balance as well as collect the Item that I have been paying for I am told that the item that I’ve been paying for is out of stock. How is that possible?? Did the store staff decide to give out the item to someone they know even though they knew it was being paid for?? I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AT THIS LACK OF RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS, UNPROFESSIONALISM AND POOR SERVICE AT RUSSELL
