Pathetic service and ****** comment- rude manager

A freezer was purchased by my parents who reside in Dududu area, and after a few days the freezer stopped working and this was reported to the branch manager and after a long runaround they eventually collected the freezer on 08 March 2016. We enquired about how soon the freezer was gonna be back since we were going to have a function and was told it would be back before easter weekend. On calling her today the branch manager was very rude, made ****** comments and dropped the phone on my dad's ear. This is pathetic as we are paying religiously towards this account and for someone in management position, it's very barbaric of her to behave the way she did. They never had decency to even call and apologise for breaking the promise they made to a customer and this is absolutely unacceptable for customer service
