Pathetic service and experience at Russell's Durban

I bought a table last in December from Russell's Durban in weststreet. 2 months down the line the table started cracking and pilling off. It was such poor quality that when you put a glass of water on top it will get water stains and gets really damaged. So I asked these guys to come fetch and get fixed. That was before lock down. After locked down when I called to ask about my table I was told to pay extra R600 after having R1749 for the same table that I had use for only 2 months. This issue has dragged on till to this day and I have run out of options. I have asked for the refund no help still.. When you call Russell it's endless transfers and hang on. This is the most pathetic customer service I have ever had. There is no customer care no empathy that we spend had earned money in there shop. How can it take one year still there is no resolve in sight. Very disappointing and really stupid pathetic experience from russells
