Pathetic service and even worse quality of mattress

Such pathetic customer service. I purchased a bed for their Cyber Monday promo and was only delivered the bed mid December after phoning on numerous occasions to find out where's my purchase. I've only used the bed for a month and the mattress is already sinking in the middle 😡. I emailed their customer service but have not even received a response yet! I've spent alot of money on a bedroom set with pathetic standards.
