Pathetic Service

I am so annoyed right now. Last week the 6thDec 2022 I went to buy furniture on credit to surprise my mom for her birthday. The birthday was on the 11th Dec. The ladies at Russell's store in Wonderpark promised that the furniture will be delivered before the 11th Dec 2022. After the deal was approved I was the following up on the delivery date. Each time given a different story. Yesterday the 12th Dec I called again and was told the delivery will be on the 13th Dec 2022. To my surprise today I have received sms that the delivery will be on the 21st Dec. What ******* is that. Should I have known I would have gone to another shop and I'm sure my mom would have received a surprise by now.
