Pathetic Service

<p>About a month ago I bought a bed at Russels Prominade on lay buy, the bed came with a complementary headboard . 2 weeks I later paid the bed off, when the bed was delivered a pedeatile was delivered instead of the headboard.. I notified Russels of the error telling me that the lady that assisted me captured the wrong information so the warehouse delivered what was sent to them. I have been calling Russels for weeks to enquire about the delivery of my headboard but I have been given the run around with no straight answers as to when I should expect my headboard. The service is pathetic especially when the error is on their side yet they show no interest in rectifying this!! So to this day, I haven't received my headboard from them. Your service is just pathetic and I have been waiting for more than a month now to have this fixed. Atleast you should have the decency to callback and update your customers because I have been calling them for weeks to rectify this error but i guess once you have received the money you no longer care about rendering your services.</p>
