Pathetic service

<p>I bought a furniture on credit at Joshua Doore West Street durban, was giving a pathetic service when was enquiring about overpayment on my account for years been fighting the battle up until today never gotten any feedback when calculated all my installments were actually extra and term was also extra never got a refund or anything was always told that the head office will sort it out up until today, all what I need it my overpayment back can't make them rich with my hard earned cash. WHEN I CALCULATE DIFFERENCE WAS R3400 over payment. I need this to be resolved within 24 hours can't wait any longer waited for 8 years already for this to be resolved.
