Pathetic service

Bad service ever, I made laybye within 4mnths it was paid in full on delivery couches were not there i had to go to the shop several times for answers, only to find that they were discontinued and i opted for a different type and added the money it took them 2 weeks to finalise that deal on delivery they delivered a totally different thing compare to what was advertised now i'm asking for my money back they dont want to give it back
