Pathetic Service

Bought a lounge suit from Russells about 12 years ago so thought i would go back for the quality and service. Bought a new lounge suit from Russells in City View, Umgeni. I had received amazing service from the branch and then everything went downhill. Waited almost two weeks for delivery after numerous phone calls. It came with no master guard and they delivered at 7 in the night. Some employees came over and did the master guard in patches and put it all over my tiles as well as my divider. I had taken pictures and laid numerous complaints with the store manager and head office. it was done again by another employee. Then it began to tear and a call was logged within the 7 day period which was on the 20th of July. Till today the issue has not been dealt with and not picked up. The lounge suit is still at my house damaged while i am making use of a family members lounge suit. i have been contacted countless times for payment but no effort has been made to pick up the damaged good only false promises. I have told the manager and head office if not fetched in this week i will leave the good outside and they can pick it up as and when they please. i will never shop there again.
