Pathetic Management Skills, incompetant consultant

My husband and I purchased a bed to the value of R5000 cash. A sales consultant by the name of Shireen assisted us showed no signs of professionalism. We were promised that our bed would be delivered on the 08/07/2015. After several frustrated calls nothing to date. When I was directed to Wagieda she referred to me as lovie\ and not Mrs Adams the nerve of this woman and the unprofesionalism displayed by a manager! what a disgusting way of treating clients I think they seem to be under the impression that they cant paint everyone with the same brush of their calibre! I shudder to think how these people even manage to make targets with the ********* behavior. I would appreciate if someone can return my call and there is not enough space for the way the purchase was conducted."
