pathetic customer service

We bought 2ensuites 7months later when we open it it was broken we report the complain its 3months later the complain has not been solved its been dragging and empty promises has been made if we dont phone them they dont keep us up to date all of them lie and spin us stories to get us of their neck and not to take the blame ive bought a bed cash in dec they give me a broken bed im disgusted with their service we ask for a rewrite on the ensuites but no reply we pay in each month for something we dont have we did struggle for them to come and collect the broken stuff when they eventually came than we struggle with them to replace it they came to deliver stuff without *****s but we didnt accept it because we not satisfy with the service if this matter dont be resolve we will definitely take it further bad bad bad service
