I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the lounge suite purchased from your Krugersdorp branch on December 15, 2024, we spent R35,000 cash that day. The initial delivery revealed damaged leather and a broken side structure on the three-seater couch. After reporting this to Gladys, a replacement was arranged. However, the replacement set had similar defects: the three-seater was broken on the same side, and the two-seater had a snapped structure.

Despite numerous follow-ups over the past two months, there has been no satisfactory resolution. Given these repeated issues and the inconvenience caused, I am fed up and would like this resolved ASAP. If someone can please contact us.
