Pathetic!

Absolutely pathetic. The same couch has been in for repairs 4 times and still doesn’t recline like it should. Managers never return calls and no one can ever help you. Absolute worse customer service and relations. Even with an extended warranty I can’t have a broken recliner replaced after a year.
