Paid up letter

My wife paid R1178.20 to settle the account on the 2nd of March 2016 at the Jushua Doors branch in Midrand. When she asked for a PAID UP LETTER, she was told that, the letter is done by head office., so she must comethe ffollowing week to get the letter. When she went there the following week, she was told that her payment is not reflecting yet. Up until now, there are still saying its not reflecting. This is not acceptable, it over a month now.She went there yesterday, the consultant there said they are adding interest now. How can they add interest on the account that is paid up. Management must look into this matter. Account payment number ***.<br> <br> A consultant by the name of Connie was even rude. She is a liability to the company.
