Paid cash three weeks no delivery made

<p>I bought a wardrobe at Russels in Athlone on the 18/03/2017 and expected it to be deliverd within 24hrs as I have told by the sales lady but it was delivered 7days later and it was not a wardrobe but material for building a wardrobe. I paid for assembling fee yet it was not assembled after 7days. Now the date is 03/04/2017 and the wardrobe has not been delivered the first reason being that, apparently when the wardrobe was delivered I told the drivers that I do not want it, the second one is that they cannot deliver in my area as they do not feel safe. That is what Mr Omar the manager told me which is discriminatory and untrue as I have not been in contact with the drivers on the second time. I asked him what was the reason why they did not tell me that the don't sell their precious stock to people who live in unsafe areas before they take the precious money of the people who live in unsafe areas beacuse now I'm sitting at home with no wardrobe and my money is in their pockets. I need help.</p>
