Order nightmare at russells

On the 29/07/2020 I bought a plasma stand online at Russells. Today is the 20/10/2020 I still have not received it. They phoned me on the 14/10/2020 that they will deliver the stand Saturday on the 17/10/2020. No apologies nothing,I regret the day I bought from this store. Their service is worse than poor .
