Online Order

Worst experience ever. I placed a Cellphone order online on the 13th of December. 14th December I got an email confirmation that my order was shipped. Waited for the 20th and when I track the order on the website it shows Parcel out for Delivery, Parcel never arrived. I called the warehouse and every time they ask for my number and advise they will call me back but never did. I called them every day since then but no help. Resorted in raising an escalation with their customer service yesterday they told me to follow-up after 24 hours. This morning, I called the warehouse again and was told it will be delivered today. After 14h00 I called customer service to follow-up and the agent advised there is no feedback yet. After expressing my frustrations, he advised they deliver until 20h00. Time now is 19h40 still no delivery. Tomorrow is Christmas and I still don't have the Christmas present I bought for my daughter.
