On month end they have only one cashier.

I was at Jabulani mall Joshua door today to pay my girlfriends account ,when i got there , the queue was crazy i even thought they are off line only to see that there's only one cashier assisting customers, while i was waiting on this long queue came a lady on a wheelchair looking to be helped , they didn't' help her they only send her to another furniture shop . I got to the counter I asked the lady by the name of Mbali Ndlovu why is she working alone while its month end , she rep**** saying she always work alone she was even busy answering calls while helping me . So my question is what happens when she goes to lunch ? Joshua Doore only cares for clients when they bring business , while they are sucked in they don't care anymore ?
