Ombuds

At some point in was not working, Adams was handed my account to make payment arrangements with me. He comes where i stay to issue a letter for collection finds me not there and calls me while at work to tell me he is collecting. When i get home my landlady tells me i owe 16000 which i dont understand how did she know. I asked to be given another person to work with, Tom has not sent me my acc statement ever cince asking for it, i made first payment arrangement since he was assignment to me, 5 days later i get am sms that i need to make a payment, 3 or 4 days later (i stand to be corrected) i get an sms my furniture will be collected yet i paid on the arrangement date. I had to make a call to him abt the unprofessional sms, mind you i was very angry and heated. I asked him for the email & nr. to the ombus he tells me go get them at protea glen russels wher i opened the account. I sent this man that proof of payment and nothing happend. I sent cassie van wyk an mail abt all this He hasnt responded as well. i will find the ombus email myself send them all the sms, emails and all the telephone recording. In two months ill settle the account...And as for the Ombud ill let them know.
