Old furniture account of the 1990's

I had a loan at Joshua Doore many mooms ago.. Speaking under correction in the 1990's. I just discovered that this is still pending against my name. Can somebody please kindly as too why. When a person is unemployed and unable to pay his/her account according thr nrw law the amount must be written off and the attorney's or debt collector must clear your name from the credit bureau.
