Old fridge

I bought a Fridge at russells in Lusikisiki. I'm not happy at all with their services. I bought the fridge around much 2023. The fridge started to over freeze in the freezer, I lodged a complaint about that and took them a very long time to respond. They came and blamed my Kids for that.

Now the fridge is not working on the top at all, I reported that also they said they are coming even today they are still coming. I'm so angry at at them cause everything I put in that fridge get spoiled and I don't know what to do anymore yet I'm paying every month for something that is not working.
