Not what promised

Still waiting on Russells to come and fetch their bed. The was bed advertised as a Plush bed but the one I received was definitely Firm, which is exactly what I didn’t want. It’s hard not pleasant to sleep on. Logged a query and I’m still waiting to hear when they’ll fetch their bed so I can get my refund.
