not updating the ITC when account paid up.

I had an account with Russels which I paid up in Oct 2018 and I paid it up before the agreed loan term was finished. To my surprise my credit profile still show amount owing on the account I send them an email on the 10 December to fix this and they responded that It will be fixed. Until today my credit profile still shows that I owe Russels even though I don't.
