Not so cosy nights after all

I recently purchased a bed from Russells, opting for the Cozy Nights Bishop brand. Unfortunately, within a month, the bed began to bend. I promptly reported the issue via email, and to their credit, Russells arranged for a replacement within three days.

However, the new bed was delivered while I was at work and, upon inspection, I found it was not the same model as the original. The replacement was of even worse quality. I raised this concern with Russells, but since then, my complaints have been largely ignored, and I feel taken for granted.

Given the ongoing issues and the poor quality of the Cozy Nights Bishop brand, I believe a refund is warranted. I am highly disappointed with this experience and hope Russells and JDG will address this matter with the seriousness it deserves.
