not professional at all

went to joshua door in mayebuye cambridge mall last week friday. spent 3 hours waiting for a credit appliation to go through between my husband and i. the lady at the store was very helpful and we handed in all paperwork but the rsponse from head office took forever and we had to wait all afternoon. confirmation was done by the time we left and all paperwork signed. we have had countless amounts of telephone calls everyday since then from head office either not being able to get hold of people on the numbers we gave or saying that there is paperwork short when we submitted everything. today the store calls me to say that there is 1 month of bank statement missing from my paperwork...should this not have been picked up when we submitted. this service is really ridiculous, between my husband and i we at least receive 3 calls a day. i have rto question whether or not your staff know what they are doing. i get sms's everyday from you guys promoting your products and i eventually decide to by to the value of 40k and this is the service we receive. if i get another call asking me for any more inforation or claiming that there is still stuff outstanding we will cancel this and go elsewher
