NOT KEEPING A PROMISE TO DELIVER IN TIME

On the 10th October 2015 i purchase a Magnum 3 piece recliner lounge suite valued R 13 999 cash. I've asked Mpho to deliver the same day to my house, however he said they still have to collect the stock from their warehouse in jetpark Monday 12th October 2015 and have it delivered to my house before Thursday. I agreed to his proposal as my family will be coming on Friday the 16th to see my new house. I've made follow up on Tuesday the 13th with Mpho and was advised not to worry they will deliver. Yesterday 14th I've send him a message and tried to call was unavailable. This morning again i made a follow up with him and he said he will get back to me soon. Few minutes later he told me that they will only receive the couches on Monday the 19th as this only appeared to the warehouse system yesterday. My purchase has nothing to do with the shop poor performance, they should have made arrangements prior as I've made it clear to them. I require to have my couches delivered today, i can't afford to be laughing stock to my family. This weekend am having friends and family coming over to spend a weekend. when i call this number *** to follow up with the manager, i get told she's out.
