Not happy with service

I purchased a furniture in December that included bed room suit by Russells.And it was delivered in Eastern Cape so the delivery guys they were supposed to assemble it and they did but wasn’t assembled proper there are many faults to is. I put in a complaint the company promised to go and fix it and they did go but when they got there the guys just took pictures of it and said they thought is something that still needs to be assembled they can’t fix it.They went back and the day after I received a call from Russell's in East London saying that the guys said that my house is not in level hence it like that of which I pictures and videos that shows it not about the level the whole bed room suit was not assembled proper.

Then the lady who called me changed the story and said no the complaint I laid says my bedroom suit was not assembled no it had faulty I must start over with the complaint.

Then I received a message that says my problem was successfully resolved.How?
