not happy with russels - lydenburg branch

<p>On the 25th of May 2017 i went to Russels Lydenburg bought goods after an hour i decided to cancel the deal. I was told that they don't do refunds in the store it's company policy. i was told to bring a bank statement and an affidavit i handed in the documents. Till today its been 3 weeks already and i haven't received anything. The head office JD Gruop the phone keeps on ringing with no answer. Does this JD group company still exist. I am dissappointed, they treat me as if i owe them . The system and the head office service is very poor. they need to change the so called policy of no refunds at branch level since they are not able to assist us. I want my money!! I think i should sleep in the store till i get my money</p>
