Non delivery of goods paid in cash

On the 21 September 2015 purchased 7 piece Monte Carlo Dining room suite, Monte Carlo Side Board and Monte Carlo Welsh Dresser at Joshua Doore Kimberley Lennox Street and was assisted by Mr. Joe. The Goods costed R18 497.00 including delivery . On the 23 September Only two items were delivered: Monte Carlo 7 piece dining room suite and Side Board, the Welsh Dresser was not delivered. Upon inquiry i was told the Welsh dresser is not available on stock yet when i bought those goods i was not made aware that there is no stock. Today is the 05 October and there is no delivery still. My plans were inconvenienced by this whole issue because i had a special gathering and was embarrased with an incomplete dining room yet i bought it for cash. All i want is for Joshua Doore to go and collect their incomplete dining room and refund all my money back so that i can go and buy the dining room suite at Morkels.. No more will i ever buy anything from this ******* store as well as unreliable sales person Joe. and will encourage South Africans to stay away from it cause they dont deliver as they promise.
