NON DELIVERY

<p>I purchased a lounge suite from the Alberton branch Tuesday the 23 of May 2017. I wanted to collect but was told that it was company policy that collections was not allowed and it had to be delivered. I paid the delivery fee the 25th May 2017. I had asked for delivery the Saturday (27 May). I called the store on Saturday to confirm if the goods will be delivered. The sales lady confirmed with the warehouse that the goods were despatched for delivery, it was not delivered. I was then told it will be delivered the Sunday the 28 May. I received a call from the warehouse today saying it will only be delivered tomorrow the 30 May. I explained to the sales lady that we are not available in the week to take accept delivery which is why I wanted to collect. The lady that called me from the warehouse was very rude when I said that I will only be avaiable at 12:00. This kind of service is extremely poor!!!!!</p>
