no settlement discount statement received

My father send them a email ********** and called to ask for a settlement discount statement. but they never send its almost a week but still nothing. but when your payment is one day late by meaning 25th is debit day. sometimes his salary is delayed till 26 somehow Joshua Doore can call and say he didnt pay but when he wants a settlement statement JOSHUA DOORE dont send it...................Is his money not good enough to pay the hole account off?????
