no service received

i bought a HISENSE for R4299.00 refrigerator cash on the 18/12/2015 for my mom in GiYANI. I was promised the fridge will be delivered on the 21/12/2015 and it was never done, i then personally went to the shop on the 22/12/2015 before taking a taxi home to my mom. i explained to them the importance of the delivery as it is hot at home and we have people working in the sun who need cold water now and then. i was then promised the fridge will be delivered on the 24/12/2015 which i went to town to buy meat hoping the fridge will be there but till to date i haven't received anything . i keep phoning them and all they do is promises.<br> <br> please assist as we need this fridge ASAP or they must refund me the money then.<br> <br> thulani ***<br> <br> my Name Is Edna Mo***eng<br> ***<br>
