NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS

ive purchased a TV on the 29 Nov 2015 and the was promised the delivery within 3 working days but till today the has been no communication ever since and then on sat i phoned the store and was told the product will be delivered before sun 12 as they closing at 13:00 but since today no one has phoned or sent an sms to me im not sure if thats how you regard the treatment ive received from your store as customer service..I REGRET ENTERING YOUR SHOPS THE TV WAS FOR MY GRANNY'S 80 BIRTHDAY WHICH WAS SUNDAY SO I ENDED UP LOOKING AS A FAILER IN FRONT OF MY FAMILY AS I COULD NOT KEEP MY PROMISE TO MY GRANNY IM NOT EVEN SURE IF SHE WOULD ENJOY HER GIFT ANYMORE...<br> CONTACT DETAILS : ***<br> ID: ***
