No refund received after 3 weeks!!!!!

Absolutely **** service!!!!! I ordered some items online from Russels on 27 December 2020. After waiting 10 working days, still no delivery. When I called to follow up on my order, I was informed that they were out of stock on the product and said that I should send my banking details for a refund which I did on the 14th of January already. I followed up just over a week after sending my bank details and was informed that it's was sent for payment on the 19th of January and are in the process of getting refunded. It's the 9th of February already and guess what - still no refund received and my emails gets completely ignored.
