No Refund after a month

I bought a dstv decoder, and they promised to install it but they never pitched up. I called Elsat but no one came still to install. So I decided to return the decoder on week of 8 Jan, till today I haven't received my money. The assistant at store says the manager said there's a problem head office, head office they didn't receive my documents. Today I decided to let it go, because no one knows what happened with my money.
