no refund

Russells is refusing to refund me after already collecting the furniture which I bought at the store. I bought a headboard and was not informed that the size was for a queen bed only. When I called the store, a week after they collected the headboard they were irritated and gave me the head office number. Only problem is the number is never being answered.

Please people do not purchase a russells they are pathetic.
