No or delayed delivery

I purchased furniture (plasma unit and coffee table) from Joshua doors on the 18th of September. Since than I had to phone numerous times to find out where the delivery was. It was told to that it would be delivered a few times with the latest date being the pass Saturday, the 26th. NO delivery was done. Today the 28th after phoning the shop again, I receive notice that it would be delivered to me again without any prior notification. I am a working person and cant take off without any indication. I find this service highly unacceptable and in future I will not recommend anyone from buying furniture from this group.
