No one is willing to Assist me with my Money

<p>when i call this number *** they say Unfortunately they unable to assist and they will escalate it to head office i have been waiting for my money and no one is calling me to tell me whats going on i have called numerous times please please please according to national credit act i should be refunded 7 to 14 days </p>
