No goods received and refund

I bought a headboard and mirror at Russell Mayfield this year at tele end of August by lay buy, total amount was R7000,they failed to deliver my goods from August till now ,its already November,i have requested a refund ,but no paymentreceived, they run around ,making excuses, I will take further steps now,I will call and write to mr x from x 1repo from moja love to expose them if am not refunded within 7 days.
