No fridge

Hi,can you please Wiese I brought a fridge at Russel's in Parow. Last month 24th December after delivery upon removing it from wrapping I discovered that the item is not working. Reported it to shops numerous times and the keep on saying they'll replaced the item but still nothing arrived nor did anyone contact me again .Im a very unhappy customer please assist my contact number is ********** 804
