No feedback with my TV insurance Claim

I am greatly disappointed with Russells store Denlyn( Mamelodi) how bad is the customer service we get from the Manager Morris from the shop. We still not getting any feedback with our insurance claim for our TV we currently paying every month. He is rude and does not reply to our concerns however. it's over 3 months now we been sent from pillar to post.
